There are no pros to the job.

Cons

Toxic work environment from the admin and central office. Superintendent is cutting staff, which in turn is distributing the workload among the remaining teachers. More students, more classes, less prep time, and an administrative team that lacks transparency.

Cons

Poor working conditions. Not provided adequate time to plan and prepare lessons. Also made to teach in content areas that you lack experience.
