Pros

Good benefits and generous employer contribution. On the surface, they "care" but the whole "family" atmosphere is sort of a ruse.

Cons

Very cliquey and favoritism abounds. Management has biases against certain people and targets them. Violations of policies are rampant and overlooked if the correct butts are kissed. Employees clocking each other in and out is common, jokes about race, religion and gay people were pretty pervasive). Promises are made and then unfulfilled. Stress between departments is palpable and discomforting. I was told by management to expect an exit interview but it never happened.

Pros

Family owned, and very family oriented down to the core values. Great benefits, 401k, dental/ medical/ vision, life ins. CEO is down the hall and takes the time to get to know his employees from the office to the field.

Haven't found any significant enough to list.
