      Overall ok, however outdated pay and needs improved management

      Pros

      - Majority of the co-workers are friendly - Fairly good operational organization for job flow - Flexibility to work remote (occasionally) depending on job duties

      Cons

      -Needs an overhaul on lower management, delegating tasks to already overloaded employees get you no where - The pay is no where close to market value - The company needs to enforce correction to the few "problem" employees, including the ones who are seemingly untouchable due to family ties to other employees

      There are some nice people here, but mgmt is obviously giving preferential treatment.

      Cons

      The office culture is really toxic. The rules only apply to new people. There are racist and sexist managers and it's not even secret.

      Pay is okay other then that I don’t recommend working for gothic

      Cons

      Hours are very long and you HAVE to put in over time. No work / life balance so if you have kids don’t think about working here
