      Pros

      I am very fortunate to have managers make my job very easy: Helping enforce work/life boundaries; offer monthly meetings for me to bring up any concerns; provides regular feedback in a constructive manner; helps find solutions and is flexible around vacation time.

      Cons

      I wish there was a higher base pay... But who doesn't!

      Pros

      Fun job and they give you the tools to succeed in your role. Fellow employees are great people to work with. Meeting your clients and traveling is a great perk to the job.

      Cons

      After the largest year in company history they rewarded the revenue generating roles by cutting commissions. Alot of great employees have left with more prepared to go.
