Confusing place to work

Pros

I have been at GovX almost from the start. It was once a great company. We support first responders, the military the people that really are worthy and fight for all of us.

Cons

There has been a lot of politics and back stabbing to the founders and to all of us. It was sad to see Marc and Shannon pushed out the door and now we have bad management and leaders. I'm going to quit. Marc is't the CEO so my rating isn't about him. It's the one now.

Pros

Great company with an awesome mission! A newer company with lots of room to grow and advance your career! Fast paced work environment! Friendly co-workers and management! Management is always approachable and willing to listen! They truly care for their employees!

Cons

No real cons except for the occasional difficult customer. But that comes with the territory

Pros

GovX is comprised of several highly motivated individuals. The company supports military, first responders, and government employees. Most employees have some form of connections to one of those fields - whether it be former, a child, or spouse of one of those affiliations. The passion resonates with each and every email, sale, and blog post.

Cons

They seem amazing from the outside looking in. But there is a bit of friction from within different departments. There is little ability to review your management at the company, so there is more subordinate turnover as they can't do much about their management.In some cases, bad management alllows bad employees to get promoted.
