Pros
This is the longest I've worked at a particular company since college and I can say that I've felt truly valuable as a member of the organization. As the company has grown in both scope and workforce, it has also grown in benefits and accommodations for its employees. From the big stuff (medical, dental, 401k), to the little stuff (standup desks and happy hours) ... you can tell that this company cares about the people who work here.
Cons
Sometimes you get the sense that departments should have better communication between them, but for the most part it's just startup growing pains. The upside is that everyone is on the same team, and we're all trying to work toward a common goal.
