Great mission on what they stand for and the community they support.

Cons

Executive's all came from the same start up and have a tight relationship. If you gave one the wrong impression, the whole management team viewed you the same. No room for growth, but they hired friends and family.

The warehouse can get hot, but they are getting some big fans to keep it cool.
