Pros

- My work is fulfilling - Grüns is an amazing product that I personally use and truly believe in! - Remote work - we have great work-life flexibility. Also, unlimited PTO! - Incredible culture - Leadership really believes in transparency. We are encouraged to share feedback often and feel heard when we do! - I feel really appreciated in my role through positive feedback from my manager and a really strong salary. - Company culture - despite remote work, I feel very connected to my coworkers and team. Bi-annual off-sites allow us to connect in person and meet new members of the team. - Growth opportunities - Grüns is constantly growing and adapting to the wellness landscape providing opportunities to work collaboratively with other departments and take on new projects for emerging brands.

Cons

None of the "cons" are inherently bad, but Grüns is very fast paced. Employees need to be flexible and willing to take on new tasks that benefit the larger team. Also, we are fully remote, so if you're someone who prefers an in-office role/structure, this may not be for you!

Pros

Having worked for several name-brand and fast-growth CPG companies, I have seen a lot of things go wrong as companies scale. Grüns not only had a great foundation in the early days, but has also managed to keep it as we've scaled. Pros: - Incredible culture of personal ownership and respect. - Amazing benefits and an HR team that truly cares for you as an employee (not just the business) - Incredible career opportunities and growth - Amazing coworkers. The best in the world at what they do. You can count on anyone in the organization.

Cons

- Workload can get extremely intensive at times. For anyone not accustomed to a startup vibe, this can be difficult. - Health Insurance is through UHC. Would love to see this changed as UHC is a horrific company to work with at times.

Pros

I've been at Grüns for a little over 6 months now, and I have nothing but great things to say about the company. The team is truly incredible to work with and it’s been so cool to watch the company grow so quickly. Even as a remote-first company, Grüns does a great job of bringing people together with in-person meetups every six months to collaborate and connect. The benefits are also a huge plus, especially the monthly health stipend which I love. I couldn’t be happier to be part of this team and would recommend Grüns to anyone looking for a fast-growing, supportive place to work. I definitely feel very lucky to be growing with Grüns! LFG!

Cons

With how quickly the company is growing, the workload can feel very full at times.
