Amazing culture, great compensation, incredible product you actually feel great about selling! Everyone on the team is top tier and makes collaboration an absolute pleasure.

Cons

Yet to be seen how acquisition will affect our culture and overall business trajectory but i'm very optimistic.

Pros

-High ownership and responsibility, but you are given all the tools you need to succeed. -Lots of freedom to grow -High quality coworkers, best in class -Great product -Freedom to work across all time zones

Cons

-Be prepared to feel a lot of imposter syndrome. You are going to be a new level of responsible for your domain! It’s exciting and liberating but there is a lot of pressure to make a massive positive impact 100% of the time. (As there should be when you are working for a company growing this fast.)

Pros

Awesome people, strong benefits, a great product, and a clear, compelling vision—Grüns is a genuinely special place to work. I’ve been trusted as an expert in my field, and that trust has only grown alongside performance, which says a lot about the culture here. Everything feels authentic—there’s none of the unnecessary bureaucracy or politics you find at larger corporations. If you’re hired, you’re treated like a top-tier operator from day one, and you’re given the autonomy to prove it. I’m genuinely grateful to be part of the team.

Cons

Things can get chaotic at times, and priorities shift quickly. That said, it’s more a reflection of being in a high-growth environment than a true downside. If you stay adaptable, focus on doing your best work, and roll with the changes, you’ll fit in well.
