      Pros

      I came to Grüns looking for a challenge — somewhere I could genuinely grow as a marketer and a leader. Safe to say, I found it. The bar here is high, but so is the support. Leadership pushes you, but they also have your back when it counts. It's a rare combo. The benefits are solid, and the pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Young company - very few processes in place that can sometimes cause miscommunications or elongate projects.

      Pros

      Amazing culture, great compensation, incredible product you actually feel great about selling! Everyone on the team is top tier and makes collaboration an absolute pleasure.

      Cons

      Yet to be seen how acquisition will affect our culture and overall business trajectory but i'm very optimistic.

      Pros

      -High ownership and responsibility, but you are given all the tools you need to succeed. -Lots of freedom to grow -High quality coworkers, best in class -Great product -Freedom to work across all time zones

      Cons

      -Be prepared to feel a lot of imposter syndrome. You are going to be a new level of responsible for your domain! It’s exciting and liberating but there is a lot of pressure to make a massive positive impact 100% of the time. (As there should be when you are working for a company growing this fast.)
