Autonomy, growth and radical ownership are the first words that come to mind when thinking about Grüns. You'll work with the best in class talent and have plenty of runway to leave your mark on the business, but be prepared to do the work! Everyone is highly motivated and truly cares about what they do. This is the best part of working here, but can deter someone who isn't ready to go "all-in" and live + breathe the Grüns-lifestyle. The team is energized and enthusiastic, not to mention *actually* cool people you'd want to have a relationship with outside of work. TLDR; gear up for a good time, if youre ready to commit to something major!

With radical ownership and the nature of a start-up, be prepared to be an active participant and leader in your channel. There is a TON of respect for "offline hours" and work/life balance, but be prepared to be busy during the 9-5 work week as this business scales. Must be comfortable learning quickly and being flexible in how you work with others, as this company is a-sync. Be prepared to learn many new skills!
