Pros
Having worked for several name-brand and fast-growth CPG companies, I have seen a lot of things go wrong as companies scale. Grüns not only had a great foundation in the early days, but has also managed to keep it as we've scaled. Pros: - Incredible culture of personal ownership and respect. - Amazing benefits and an HR team that truly cares for you as an employee (not just the business) - Incredible career opportunities and growth - Amazing coworkers. The best in the world at what they do. You can count on anyone in the organization.
Cons
- Workload can get extremely intensive at times. For anyone not accustomed to a startup vibe, this can be difficult. - Health Insurance is through UHC. Would love to see this changed as UHC is a horrific company to work with at times.
