Pros

the team is exceptionally smart, collaborative, and committed to building something meaningful. there is a strong culture of ownership. people here have a real voice and can make an outsized impact at any level in the company. decisions are fast, feedback is open, and there’s a genuine focus on doing great work, not just talking about it. growth opportunities are huge for those who lean in.

it is super fast-paced, so if that isn't for you, i wouldn't recommend
