you can get overtime when needed.

Cons

Management is horrible. This company only cares about MONEY. They don’t care about staff, nor the clients. Management is aware about the things that go on in the group homes, and nothing is done about it. If you speak up, you become a target, then they’ll do everything in their power to try to make you miserable and quit. Do not work here. Grafton is a SCAM. Get your children out of this place!

Grafton has an incredible mission and has the best interest of their clients in mind. Everything that we do is to provide a safe and healthy workplace. No workplace is perfect, but Grafton is certainly making a difference.

Cons

Need more locations to expand services. So many people need our help.
