The last year has been a particularly challenging time due to Covid-19, and we deeply appreciate the work you have been doing. We are confident that workloads will improve for all of our employees as we recruit more staff coming out of the pandemic. That being said, we are always striving to ensure our team feels supported, valued, and safe in the workplace. While no system is perfect, our number of client and caretaker injuries has fallen substantially since our adoption of the Ukeru system of crisis management. The data shows it is far safer than traditional methods of restraint and seclusion, which is why more than 130 organizations across the US and Canada have chosen to adopt it.
