      administration did not listen. they would often ask for our input, but once we spoke up we were actively ignored.

It's true that Grafton's leadership is always asking employees for input so we can continuously improve. Unfortunately, we sometimes get feedback that we're unable to act upon. I'm not sure how long you worked at Grafton, but we are constantly making changes based on comments from our team. One recent example is the Covid-19 incentive pay that we've implemented to help staff during the pandemic.
