We don't know when you worked here, but we are constantly expanding our efforts to make employees feel supported and valued. This has included recent bonuses, blog posts spotlighting outstanding employees, and a social media campaign recognizing members of our team who go above and beyond for their clients and coworkers. At the end of the day, one of the biggest challenges at Grafton is ensuring that all staff members, regardless of role, have the support they need. This has been especially difficult in recent years, as the low unemployment rate in our area has made it challenging to find new hires.
