Free lunch and snack, flexibility, supportive managers

Cons

Unsupported staff, low pay, no holidays off. Ther only option for advancement from the RBT position is a BCBA which requires a master's degree. So you would stay there for many years before a promotion would be offered. They put kids in a room and do almost nothing with them.

Cons

Management is horrible. This company only cares about MONEY. They don’t care about staff, nor the clients. Management is aware about the things that go on in the group homes, and nothing is done about it. If you speak up, you become a target, then they’ll do everything in their power to try to make you miserable and quit. Do not work here. Grafton is a SCAM. Get your children out of this place!
