Pros
Great coworkers that look out for each other. 4 days of work a week. 3 days off.
Cons
Constantly understaffed and people are under-trained. They take many clients that they aren't equipped to deal with. Clients attack people on a routine basis and management seems not to care. Depending on which shift you work, you can have great back up (for crisis situations) or none at all. The shifts are very physically draining, so you spend your days off recovering from the work week.
