Grafton Integrated Health Network reviews

They seem to have a negative attitude toward their employees. They cram 8 or 9 clients with very violent behaviors into a group home. They're constantly understaffed, and don't seem to value their employees very much. They treat employees like they are expendable and shift blame for problems onto them. Employees feel like they are constantly scrutinized negatively. It's a very stressful environment to work in, and you don't feel like your employer empathizes with you or cares about your well-being. Grafton's always looking for reasons to fire or punish their employees. It's a depressing place to work. It's bad enough having to deal with being hit, kicked, bitten, etc by the clients, but it makes it much worse when you're employer is against you and blames you for everything.
