Pros

Hourly pay was well within a living wage average compared to other employers who are looking to hire on the internet now.

Cons

Job classifications overlapped where many workers were performing more than one job sometimes two or three at the same time, there by actually lowering over all efficiency creating a very disgruntled and burnt out workforce.

Not much. Enjoyed those that I worked with. Had an excellent boss that new how to navigate the organization.

Cons

Unorganized. Corporate management was trying to run the plant without success. Ended up with too many conflicting policies.
