All the pros I used to have now no longer exist in the company.

Cons

Beware of the management, they have inconsistent communication style and their "investigations" are just a fancy way of shuffling paperwork around until they find a reason to fire you. They will continuously move/change metrics while not providing adequate training.

Good Pay and If You like Plenty of Over Time.

Cons

Way too much over time when you work 12 hours shift. No Outside Life At All. Too Much Politics not Treated Equal. When fall and Winter comes around they lay off in masses and will get rid of you for any reason and don't care how long you have worked for Graham. I would never recommend to anyone to work at Graham.
