Senior Ops and Ops Managers - absolutely horrific, relentless, demeaning, lack personality, play race card, lack common sense, care little about work/life balance, have favorites, micro manage and the list can keep going.
Senior Management - carpet world. The best Monday morning quarterbacks I know. Arrogant, cocky and work there 8 to 4 schedule with no disregard to the lower management working 14 hour shifts.
Leads - every lead is overpaid, all make more then Supervisors by far. There is not any lead that has management experience, they are lazy, they hide throughout the shift, gossip and milk out there OT. So sad that these individuals make more then Supervisors.
Overall - company will beat the moral out of you. If your not part of the "Good ol Boys Club", you will never ever have a chance. Performing the job task, no problem...its the people though. They feel they are elite in what they do, but they are not. Many other companies smoke them in leadership and management.
