Stable business with strong financials. Multiple plants across the country. Long term employees in many plants.

Cons

Plant Manager changes every 2-3 years. Current plant manager is the worst in last 15 years with poor decision making skills. Encourage “yes” people and take revenges. Lie to upper management.

Sometimes management gets you fired and threatens your job if you aren't willing to go against company policies, then you get fired after making an anonymous call to the employee hotline after working there for 10.5 years because you dont want to report false inventories to hide the huge scrap percentage on the production lines.

Pros

Work is plentiful and the environment is friendly. One of the few places where almost everyone has an office, so privacy is plentiful and distractions are minimal. An independent learner/worker will thrive here

Cons

A majority of the company has been there for 15+ years. This is not the negative, but because of this, some processes may not be as well documented as need be to train incoming employees..... this is an initiative that is improving however.
