Pros

As a remote employee, I still feel like I am part of a great team and a great company. I work closely with awesome people and enjoy my job. Graham is a large organization - around 60 plants across the country so there is a lot of opportunity to grow. They have great benefits, vacation packages and 401K.

Cons

We need to do better about getting the word out that this is a great place to work!!

Pays very well 12 hour shifts with every other weekend off

Cons

Management expects production to be at 100% with little training and inadequate support. Very hostile environment. Will cut a person's hours if they want you to quit/have lack of work. Will do anything to not pay out unemployment.
