The pay is very good. This job is only for hard workers. The people there are OK, some will help you some won't.Lots of overtime.Benefits are ok

Cons

Long periods between breaks. They could do a better job training employees. They come down hard if you make mistakes.Seems understaffed alot

- Prior to acquisitions (OI, LC), autonomy to run operations as your own business. - Upper management had operational backgrounds - Engineering is a strength throughout group - Good financial controls / metrics - Good career growth opportunities

Cons

- Culture changed with Private Equity divestiture, acquisitions - Company lost entrepreneurial feel- in efforts to standardize best practices across the network, plants became corporate drones at the mercy of corporate politics. - Relentless drive to continuously improve while aggressively cutting costs and headcount (all good things in theory) required perfection in execution and eventually became unsustainable.
