Pros
pay was decent and the people who work on the floor are great and helpful.
Cons
To many chiefs and not enough indians. management expects a few people to do all the work. Operators are just placed at machinery without the proper training as well as most of the other employees. Temps are put on machines without training. Management thinks as long as there is a body there all will be fine. I had many safety issues with their way of thinking.
