      They make us work on holidays while they at home with their familys,they have Christmas party's and don't invite the employees instead they fry a turkey and tell us to bring the sides (really!!)No Christmas bonuses!!The Hammond plant just doesn't honor they employees like they should cause really we the ones who makes these lines run,we the ones who make production!!!

      Graham has good benefits, and competitive pay

      Cons

      No work/home life balance. You are just a number and continuous improvement is only on a piece of paper. The company doesn't live its core values. If you want to punch a clock and work like a slave this is your company. The current management has set the company back several years.
