They never forgot to pay me.

Cons

Inept management, directed by more inept management that was off site. Treated long tenured employees horribly. Clearly expected to work a 60+ hour week, without any direction. One of the most surreal "professional" experiences I've ever had. Call you on vacations, called after hours, call on weekends.

Good operations structure and decent benefits. On paper, the training employee development is appealing. The corporate continuous improvement team is genuine, experienced, dedicated, and helpful.

Cons

lack of corporate support for operations leadership. Difficult environment to manage operations due to lack of executive support from corporate team. significant disconnect between HQ and front line leadership.
