Poor management, training, and opportunities.

Pros

Hourly wage is slightly higher than most companies in the area. 12 hour rotating shifts gives days off during week, but you work every other weekend

Cons

No training, company does not invest anything into employees that would allow them to succeed or advance. Benefits package is minimal, one of the worst I have ever seen.

Cons

Communication can be poor 401k match is poor Vacation policy, takes a LONG time to build vacation time. No vacation roll-over. "use it or lose it"
