The turn over ratio is very high due to more management.

The employees were what made that company bearable. When upper management wasnt worried about lining their own pockets with bonus dollars it was a good company to work for.

Cons

Due to management change and corporate greed, the company no longer looks out for it's employees.

Like a roller coaster you can't get off of and it isn't really very fun to ride

Decent wage, fair time off, long time customer relations provide stability, there are a lot of really good ideas on improvement.

Cons

Those ideas aren't acted on, many plans seem to have been made with a magic 8 ball, a strong attitude of "no need to change this, been working fine for the last ten years..."
