Frustrating - but improving under new leadership

Flexible working hours - great for family life Great co-workers New leadership is improving the situation but they have a long row to hoe.

Cons

Ineffective leadership in some departments Expensive benefits and compensation is on the low side Minimal training budgets Previous leadership had really cut staffing to a level that does not allow the job to be accomplished in a successful manner. With minimal staffing, tasks are being completely in a sloppy manner or not at all.
