      Pros

      Location used to be optimal and the pay seemed appropriate, if at a plant, in general, the location is safe,

      Cons

      Constant changes in Management, several layoffs, high turnover rate, HR must be very busy. if at a corporate office not so much. Corporate moved to Lancaster county, no incentives to employees to make the drive. Some are permitted to work from home, some departments won't allow it. Newly integrating with other companies, but benefits haven't integrated, other companies have better benefits. CEO listed below no longer with the company

      Pros

      Competitive Salary, global company, good location. Can't seem to find enough words to complete the twenty word minimum for the "pros".

      Cons

      Management is toxic, machievellian atmosphere. High turnover, burnout rate. As an employee you shouldn't always have to do more with less. This does not lend itself to a healthy, long term career choice. CEO CFO disconnected from business. Constant shift in focus drives inefficiency and waste in business.
