Pros

If your looking for overtime and opportunity to make money its here. There is always overtime. It's a very busy busy job that somedays makes day long 12 hour plus day fly by.

Cons

There are some workers there who have been there years and they act like they don't have to do anything. When a new worker comes in they don't help out but instead sit on their butt in the office and talk all buddy buddy. Especially when one takes lunch and they are suppose to watch your machine and don't and you come back to a disaster of a mess and have to shut the machine down to clean and catch up. Which causes your numbers to be low. When You cover for them and they come back to everything just fine. I would have stayed if it wasn't for this. Loved some of the other workers there. But then there is also the rumors but, hey, you'll have that at Most factories.

Pros

Clean building to work in that is professionally maintained. Nice views if you have an office on the backside of the building. My office was internal and I would come in at dark and leave at dark so I never knew if it was raining or snowing. I only realized it was lunchtime by the stampede of upper management running past my office to beat people out the door. My favorite activity was listening to them plan their golf outings together all day then watching them stop at the 85 individual stop signs in our little parking lot at 3 pm on a Friday. (Sarcasm) We all believe in safety but installing all of those signs is the butt of many jokes between the rationale workforce. Everyone else eats lunch at their desks and stays late trying to keep up with the pile of unnecessary paperwork left for them by the elite. (Truth)

Cons

How much time do you have? I could basically write my thesis on how to waste your life while working for a company that stomps on your dreams and ambitions for a few cents. I am just thankful I am getting out alive and with my sanity intact. The stress alone is ridiculous and I often wonder how many people are medicated just so they can make it through the day. The performance management system is a huge waste of money because no one believes in it. The raises are insignificant (1- 2%) and don't even keep up with the cost of living in the area. My advice to anyone considering working here is look elsewhere. Read these reviews they were definitely helpful to me. They made me realize I'm not the only one who is living this nightmare at work.

Pros

Still some good people stuck there

Cons

Ownership/Top Management know where they want to be but do not have a clue as to how to get there.
