Pros

I get away with everything because management is busy scrambling to save their own (expletive deleted)

Cons

There is a total lack of leadership from shift supervisors to the plant manager. Driven strictly by the bottom line with little regard for their "Safety at all costs" ideals. Lost employees are not replaced in a timely fashion, and new employee training program is non existent putting a huge load on long time employees without increase in pay.

Difficult to come up with any due to such poor management of company.

Cons

Constantly told to manage business as an entrepreneur. However, every week told to manage in a different direction. Never consistent and management sways depending on last executive meeting held. If you challenge this method and approach, you are attacked for not being a team player. Bottom line, if someone does not like you, you will not be around very long.

making a good pay was a pro until they stripped you of that

Cons

hot, hot, hot you will sweat just by standing still and people need better treatment in order to validate why they should subject themselves to that type of work environment
