Grainger has been an amazing company to work for. Fortune ranked Grainger 100 best places to work 2022. The Company has super high Principles and always strives to Do the right thing. I have grown tremendously with this company over time. Retaining top talent and Promoting from within is a priority. That being said Managers are always looking for the best fit and building a robust team with diverse backgrounds. Grainger keeps the World working so job security is a done deal.
