-new CEO making changes we’ve needed for many years to compete in our market space (pricing, customer service improvements) -competitive pay -lots of opportunities to network and develop into new roles -industry-leading benefits package -ongoing development plan management expected of every employee

Cons

-recent changes to VMI investments that sound great on paper but leave customers feeling shafted, which damages our credibility as customer-facing individuals -organizations of this size take much time to change, and change management itself proves to be quite a challenge
