Pros

As a branch employee and then an OSR who drove to lots of customer sites, the jobs weren't monotonous and kept me busy throughout the day. Decent amout of avenues to move up in the company. Good benefits and great people.

Cons

Too focused on diversity over qualifications and merit. Also preferred to hire those they could pay at the lower end of the pay scale instead of those with more experience and were worth more.

Pros

Training Pay Benefits Work Life balance Territory structure

Cons

Pay doesn't always match rate of growth and size of territories, but they do find ways to adjust work loads and still give pay increases during economic downfalls. Car package could be more competitive. Wary of the growth of Zoro and what the future will look like in the next 5-10 years between Grainger and Zoro.
