Pros

Career growth Rewarding work Great compensation Flexible, great for work/life balance Customer & values driven organization

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything noteworthy. Normal big company stuff (a little slow moving, a little conservative in approach) that probably makes sense in the big picture, but can be frustrating in practice.

Pros

great opportunities for learning and advancement working on your own, but part of a bigger team hard work pays off with bigger commission. Very stable company

Cons

you won't see any co-workers regularly, so if you this isn't the place for you if that's what you want some processes are very clunky
