Pros

Great Training. Great support staff (Inside Sales). Great benefits. Well known National brand that customers know and rely on for great service/typical quick delivery of product. Schedule flexibility. If you manage your time well and produce, management leaves you alone. Good first sales job.

Cons

Commission structure less than stellar. Structure was fair when I was hired. 3 years later they changed it. If you drive sales and exceed your quotas by a large margin, you should be rewarded for it. No longer.
