Pros

Stability.... if you're not on their radar you should be o.k. benifits are nice work environment is fun co workers look out for each other

Cons

constantly changing pay scale... You don't know what your goals are until you're 1 or 2 months into the year. They now have 2 goals years.... Jan-June and July- Dec. That way they can regulate how much money you make.........If you had a good year (6months) chances are you won't have a good 2nd 1/2..... And this pattern will continue

Pros

Great Salary Great Benefits Management Support (I had a great former manager)

Cons

It's about who you know. Not good balance in diversity. Diversity Department is a joke. Numbers only count on paper for conscious sake. During waves of layoffs, one would think to offer to an impacted employee? I don't think so. Very "clickish" company and power tripping management unless a layoff is in the air, and then they "act" more personable.
