River class vessels that go to sub-par docks. Also, vessels need some TLC. Had to deal with quite a bit of unnecessary mechanical issues.

Ships are old. Management is disorganized and unprofessional--You gather as much from the senior personnel on the ships you sail and the routine visits from HQ staff in port . Was hired as a newly licensed third as a replacement because someone got hurt. I was let go five months later with no warning or evaluations to justify the decision. Chances are they just needed somebody to sail their ship for it to be considered fully manned and were desperate. Oh well.
