Pros
This was a great place to build a technical foundation while kicking off a professional career. The community is very strong and welcoming, and everyone is very willing to share their knowledge. Even as a Customer Support Rep, I felt comfortable sharing customer concerns and troubleshooting issues with more senior leadership throughout the company. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially to those looking to make a career change out of the retail and service industries.
Cons
Support is always busy. You'll need to find healthy ways to take care of your mind and body because while it is exciting and challenging and will push you to learn really quickly, it does test your endurance.
