-Extremely low pay for what I expected of employees. Can easily find higher paying work in the market elsewhere -Toxic team culture. Managers are vindictive, callous, and uncaring. Preyed upon those with little experience and took advantage as much as possible. -Dated platforms that do not intend to be fixed anytime soon. Any improvement request was ignored and/or shamed -HR department uncaring to any concerns about poor environment. Showed favoritism towards managers at every turn -High rate of turnover and constant gossip among teams. Unfair employee competition amongst each other

- Leadership does not understand that running a software company requires a substantial investment in software - Engineering was already a skeleton crew and even more engineers are leaving. - There are unrealistic expectations about what a small team of engineers can do in a certain timeframe. - Leadership has been an ostrich with its head in the sand about the state of the engineering department for a while. - There is so much tech debt. Serious bugs never get addressed because staffing in engineering is so low. - Pay is very low for industry standards.
