Pros

Pay was decent and there was opportunity to move up within the company, however much of that stemmed from people leaving the company and backfilling positions with internal employees.

Cons

Little to no flexibility. Expected to take PTO even for an hour appointment to the dentist. Upper Management had a very micro managerial approach to daily activities. The attitude from management was "you should be grateful we employ you" rather than them showing appreciation toward their hard working employees. 401k contributions were reduced mid employment and any of your contributions won't be vested until you've worked there for 5 years.

Pros

-Conveniently located next to the Red Line

Cons

-Gossip-filled environment similar to being in high school -Qualified, hard-working employees with years of experience are often passed over for promotions. It's given to those who are better at "brown-nosing" -Expectation of extreme dedication from employees for bare-minimum pay and appreciation -About 99% of managerial positions and higher have a preferred......"look"
