A constant increase in workload and responsibility with laughable increase in compensation . Best used as a springboard for your resume.

Cuts in quarterly bonuses and overall salary drove me away. I couldn’t afford the cuts and had no other choice but to switch jobs. I know I’m not the only one, unfortunately...
