Pros

Granite is the best employer I have worked for. There are endless opportunities for growth and the CEO and COO know everyone. Granite also provides great outside opportunities for community service, intramurals and their gym is amazing! I look forward to coming to work.

Cons

The only downside is that you cannot work from home.

Pros

Location, CEO's Leadership, Random Bonuses, Satellite Offices, Health Care Options, 401 K Options, Amazing Free Gym! It is a great place to get a job if you pass your drug test, and can be a quick resume addition for kids fresh out of college.

Cons

Parking Options, Bathroom Are Always Clogged Or Full, Rugs and Cubicles Are Filthy, Kitchen Staff Can Be Rude, Temporal, Unsanitary, & Have Miserable Vibes, Management Is Swamped With Undereducated, racist, sexist, judgmental individuals who fire knowledgeable people to keep themselves ahead, supervisors, and managers who don't fight for their employees rights as humans, many are overworked and underpaid. The titles and job descriptions do not add up, nor does the salary scale. Many are stripped of bonuses and raises or not awarded such for reasons unexplained.
