Depends on who you are and what you are looking for in an employer

Pros

Great place to start a career in sales or account management or telecom specifically. There are always job openings and opportunities to move up for those extroverted and confident enough to seek and try. Fitness centric company that offers a 24/7 gym and many company-sponsored leagues. Regardless of position, you can earn a respect for your knowledge and ideas. Depends on who you are and what you are looking for in an employer, this place isn't for everyone.

Cons

Lots of negativity and finger-pointing. Has potential to be better. Many do not know how to advance out of their current positions. Management should be pushing workers to move on to better-suited positions rather than hoarding them for their own team or firing where a transfer would suffice. For some, a poor reputation (real or given) seems to travel throughout the business.

Pros

Good benefits. Good place to work for a year or so to get experience. Teaches you professional communication, punctuality, etc. If you can succeed here you should be able to do well anywhere.

Cons

Low wages for Operations employees (sales does great, those who do all the work - not so much). Takes an act of god to get a raise. Set hours with no flexibility. You have to be there through floods & blizzards. Understandable that the company needs to remain open, but many jobs could be done from home in bad weather. The CEO constantly talks about how well the company is doing, yet they cut the comp plan every year - very bad for morale. You can tell that a lot of lower level management is unhappy and have to enforce things that they don’t agree with. No paid maternity leave or flexibility for parents. If you’re good at your job they’ll load you up with work until you can’t keep up.
