Unfortunately, there are far more negatives about Granite. 1. The company lacks integrity, top to bottom, beginning to end. There is a lot of deception, from management to employees, sales reps to prospects, account management to clients. When Granite says one thing, expect another. (This includes the never ending promises that you can make MAJOR money with Granite. Sure, it's possible. But you won't.) I hear sales reps and sales managers lying to prospective clients non-stop. 2. Why don't I think you'll make the major bucks? There's hundreds of reasions, but to start, the company is just beginning the process of using a CRM. This means that most of your leads will be duplicates that will either be stolen by other deceptive sales reps or forfeited to someone with more experience than you. Also, because the leads you are assigned are crap, you will try to find new companies through search engines (like everyone else) and you will not have luck. I can't tell you how many times I got someone on the phone and they said "I just talked to XXXX and we aren't interested- please stop calling us." 3. Too many salespeople 4.
