      Honestly just a first landing spot to gain experience. Pretty easy to get a job ok benefits

      Pretty easy to get a job with because people come and go so fast, ( mostly like due to employee morale, medicore pay, extremely heavy pressure, old school sales culture Extreme peer pressure from Upper Management Old school sales culture ( they do not believe in Marketing) Some of upper management lack quality management skills and do not put employees in the best position to succeed Again really just a place to get experience and leave for a better company ( trust me, they are out there

      Low pay. Extreme micro management. Career path/development completely dependent on politics over actual job performance. Befriend the right people and you will move up in the ranks, opportunity for management positions.

      Granite is a great company to work for. Granite is able to provide training for all that don't know about the telecom industry and help bring everyone up to speed on the current technology and trends. The opportunity to grow is huge here!

      Cons

      If you live outside of the Quincy area traffic could be not the greatest depending on where you commute in from.
